Would that quote in any way be considered a lie? Not to normal people. It could be considered stupid (which it is) but it's not a 'lie'. Hacking/lies, etc- it's like the Dems even have a different form of English.

If by calling him out, you mean panicking and manufacturing a memo to cya and leaking it to the press and possibly breaking the law all while stating under oath that Trump isn't under investigation and didn't obstruct-- then yes, I agree.
