WASHINGTON — Pennsylvania officials have notified the U.S. Supreme Court that the Secretary of the Commonwealth issued guidance to county boards of election directing them “to securely segregate all mail-in and civilian absentee ballots received between 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 3, 2020, and 5:00 p.m. on Friday, November 6, 2020, from all other voted ballots.”
The cutoff under Pennsylvania law for receiving mail in ballots to count is 8 p.m. A state Supreme Court ruling extended that to 5 p.m. on Nov. 6 but that extension is under court challenge. Republicans are asking the Supreme Court to declare that order unconstitutional.
Republicans asked that, at a minimum, late ballots be kept separate. The state took the action today on its own.

IMO If a state cannot clearly determine who won their election of electors then they simply don’t get to participate in the electoral college process.
Their electors are simply removed from the denominator of the equation and they are told to get their shite together and come back in four years when they have a legitimate voting process in place.
Of course that wil never happen, but it should.

Hanging chads were not intentional. That was the first year that the punch pin had used on butterfly ballots. The ballots were designed by Democrats!
The butterfly ballot was designed to flip each page then have a candidate on one page and the opponent on the other page ...the punch choices toward the center section of the ballot. When I pulled my ballot. I flipped it over and checked to see that the chads had come off.
One of the central themes of the idiot class was the design had confused them and they were not sure whether or not they had voted correctly. You had to be a walking talking idiot to screw that up.
