When it comes to Trump, Decatur and Celtic are full on NPC.

They would gleefully torch the Constitution if it meant getting Trump, and embrace the future without that pesky document.

Decatur is a full-on Lawfare stooge.

Otto? He’s just a garden-variety retard.

I don’t see anything in the indictment about incitement to violence.

Paragraph 10(e) of the indictment, sir.

Part of the alleged conspiracy involves the protests/riots.

quote:

After it became public on the afternoon of January 6 that the Vice President would not fraudulently alter the election results, a large and angry crowd— including many individuals whom the Defendant had deceived into believing the Vice President could and might change the election results— violently attacked the Capitol and halted the proceeding. As violence ensued, the Defendant and co-conspirators exploited the disruption by redoubling efforts to levy false claims of election fraud and convince Members of Congress to further delay the certification based on those claims.

As a lawyer, you are saying that paragraph reflects the legal definition of "incitement to violence?"

It’s not making the allegation that he incited the crowd to violence; he’s not charged with that.

You ignore the operative word "shall" in the Constitution (here)
No sir. Sorry. If it was deemed wholly incontestable, Congress would not have changed the language after the fact.

No.

But above, you pointed to that paragraph as the place where the indictment references an incitement to violence.

Are you backing off that claim?

Naw.

Decatur tried to make that detour and I posted wording from the indictment linking that incident to the overall alleged conspiracy.

My name is not Decatur, so I never made any comment about that
