I agree that she's insincere. If she really cared she already would have introduced a clean bill to fix those issues.

Its no shocker that huge corporations acted in a predatory manner and fleeced the system as soon as there was a hole to be exploited. They do need to make sure a bunch of national chains don't take all the money again don't they?
