I don’t understand why anyone wants trump to pardon manafort. He’s a piece of shite.
There should be hundreds of more Manaforts going down in DC. Our country would be better off for it
Without a doubt. He is the swamp. He cares nothing about anyone besides himself. Lobbying reform is very long overdue. And with the Citizen's United ruling, hiding in the swamp became easier than ever.

Alan Dershowitz on MSNBC: Manafort cooperation is a “big win” for Mueller because “it opens doors that haven’t been opened before.” And it’s worrisome, he acknowledged, for Trump

What is the specific investigation?

That's rich coming from someone who lectured this board in Summer 2016 about Trump's inability to accept election results being dangerous to democracy, yet who himself hasn't stopped predicting the end of Trump's Presidency almost 2 years after he was elected. And I didn't vote for Trump btw. But thanks for trying.

He should read every other plea ever entered into in federal court.

So says the nitwit who apparently doesn't understand the Dossier was full of false propaganda provided by Russians and paid for by the Clinton Campaign in hopes of influencing the 2016 election.

So tell me "liberals", if the government can ruin the lives of some of the most powerful men in DC because of a political vendetta, what can they do to the poor minorities you claim to love and represent?
They've done it already. They went after left wing groups since the FBI and CIA began.
Why do you think the war on drugs began? I'll let Nixon's Chief Domestic Policy Advisor tell you himself...
quote:
One of Richard Nixon's top advisers and a key figure in the Watergate scandal said the war on drugs was created as a political tool to fight blacks and hippies, according to a 22-year-old interview recently published in Harper's Magazine.
"The Nixon campaign in 1968, and the Nixon White House after that, had two enemies: the antiwar left and black people," former Nixon domestic policy chief John Ehrlichman told Harper's writer Dan Baumfor the April cover story published Tuesday.
"You understand what I'm saying? We knew we couldn't make it illegal to be either against the war or black, but by getting the public to associate the hippies with marijuana and blacks with heroin. And then criminalizing both heavily, we could disrupt those communities," Ehrlichman said. "We could arrest their leaders. raid their homes, break up their meetings, and vilify them night after night on the evening news. Did we know we were lying about the drugs? Of course we did."

The Government will bring to the Courts' attention at the time of sentencing the nature and extent of your client's cooperation or lack of cooperation. The Government will evaluate the full nature and extent of your client's cooperation to determine whether your client has provided substantial assistance in the investigation or prosecution of another person who has committed an offense. If this Office determines that the defendant has provided substantial assistance in the form of truthful information and, where applicable, testimony, the Office will file motions pursuant to Section 5Kl.1 of the United States Sentencing Guidelines. Defendant will then be free to argue for any sentence below the advisory Sentencing Guidelines range calculated by the Probation Office, including probation.
So if Manfort fully cooperates he could really get a light sentence.

If he is allowed to finish. Mueller will get you as close to the truth as possible.
