Way different.
The Chinese are like-minded fellow travelers in the pursuit of freedom and capitalism.
Russians are scary.

So the information in the dossier was a campaign contribution.
Yeah it was so valuable that it wasn't released before the election.

Their was one report about "Chinese hacking" reported by a shitty right wing blog using anonymous sources (I thought we weren't supposed to believe those!
)
Dumbass trump ran with it, and then the FBI shot holes in it, and nothing has been followed up on since
But I digress.. The news of the day is

Trump said, IN A PUBLIC PRESS CONFERENCE, "Russia, if you're listening, I hope you're able to find the 30,000 emails that are missing. I think you will probably be rewarded mightily by our press," and you think he was seriously colluding?

Why do I have to get involved with Putin? I have nothing to do with Putin. I've never spoken to him. I don't know anything about him other than he will respect me. He doesn't respect our President. And if it is Russia -- which it's probably not, nobody knows who it is -- but if it is Russia, it's really bad for a different reason, because it shows how little respect they have for our country, when they would hack into a major party and get everything. But it would be interesting to see -- I will tell you this -- Russia, if you're listening, I hope you're able to find the 30,000 emails that are missing. I think you will probably be rewarded mightily by our press.

So the Hillary campaign did not talk about Trump’s connection to Russia? I mean, you’re dumb. But I doubt even you are that dumb.

I am curious what everyone thinks as why Manafort chose now to cooperate? What changed?
Obviously this trial coming up was going to be expensive, but as part of his deal he is forfeiting a lot of assets. So this doesn't make sense. Was there something else about to drop? Or do you think he just finally woke up to spending the rest of life in prison?

Do you know when the Dossier was created? When/if it made it to the Clinton campaign?
So, the Hillary campaign didn't talk about a Russia/Trump connection before the dossier was even created?

The unlimited power and resources of the federal government destroyed his life.
Mueller did the same with Richard Jewell and Steve Hatfield before they were exonerated of any crimes and other suspects were found guilty.
Doesn't that just warm your heart.

Nonsense You have as much proof that the Russians hacked anything as we do that the Chinese did. Actually less, because the Chinese are KNOWN hackers. Multiple sources that have been proven correct on other aspects of this case have said there is evidence that the Chinese hacked into Hillarys email server..
BUT more importantly, on the day that Trump made his dumb joke about missing emails (and lets be honest every single one of you idiots know it was just a dumb joke) the fricking server was on ice already, it could NOT have been hacked by the Chinese, or the Russians, or the Martians, so there is absolutely, positively NO frickING way the Russians could have seen Trump that day and said "da we hack server for comrade Trump"
It's simply stupid to refuse to acknowledge that fact at this point.

Good question.
He may have thought that he could avoid conviction at trial or at worst secure a pardon. After he got convicted for 8 counts, though, and he saw what was in store for the D.C. trial and 10 remaining hung counts from EDVA I think he saw that the deal from Mueller as being the better option.

Where did they get the information on Trump’s Russian connections?
If you included “Ukraine” in your answer, you will receive partial credit.
And if oppo research is a “thing of value,” is an endorsement also a “thing of value?” The amazing thing is that such a stilted definition of thing of value has been allowed to exist in your mind as normal and natural.

You learning through osmosis? What do you do with former prosecutors? Rumor has it there is a former prosecutor on here that. thinks you are full of shite.
