This is my shocked face.
Unfortunately, I have a feeling that AWS can only be sued in a district court in WA state that will roll over for Amazon because it is a huge employer in the state and because Parler are evil Nazis in the court’s eyes.

If it was the Feds then yes this is crap....but it's a private company in a capitalist society, they can or can't do business with who they want.

The contracts between AWS and Parler are likely for service for a set time period.
Evicting Parler ASAP would only be legal if Parler did something to violate Terms Of Service. Their speech guidelines were apparently not a problem until it was announced Trump had joined.

Under normal circumstances I would trust the judicial system to do the right thing. But I don't trust the judges involved in this. They will probably get paid off by Amazon especially if they are elected judges.
