Saw it was shot down by an air defense system. But there is no confirmed evidence either way only that it was shot down. Also why are people always so shocked that jets get shot down. It happens pretty often in near peer combat situations. I mean look at Russia and Ukraine. Ukraine shot down a Su-30 with a naval drone.

I don't think think the image is old. Grok is getting that information from thousands of Pajeets on Twitter who are coping very hard right now. You even had the Indian Government making newspapers take down the stories yesterday of Indian officials confirming the loss of the fighter jets. If the French Government says India lost a Rafale Fighter Jet I am going to believe that over a bunch of random Pajeets on Twitter telling me the picture is old

Also, India’s Rafales and probably their Su-29’s would dominate Pakistan’s export JF-17s.

Oh it doesn't matter. Like I said in a previous post on this thread why are people so shocked when a fighter or attack aircraft gets shot down during a near peer conflict. The premise of the thread seems to be so China fan boys can gloat and make themselves feel better.

A good bit of what is seen on X is propaganda. I'm sure there are multiple pictures of children who were killed by this action. And this fans the flames. Twitter is a good platform. But there is a lot of BS on it.
