Says the mail in voting law is unconstitutional. Funny how all these things that helped Biden in 2020 are now being overturned or ruled unconstitutional.

So, is that only going forward or retroactive to the prior election?

Only going forward, until 3 weeks before the next election when the Democrats will change the election procedures again in a very similar, but slightly different way that will require another 2 years of litigation.

So, you made a grammatical error at the end there.

Just not sure if it was spelling or punctuation.

So when enough State courts deem their vote tabulations invalid to a point that the other guy should have won, what is the remedy for the States that chose electors that "lost", but really won?

The title of the thread says PA Supreme Court. I was simply correcting it. This was an appeals court.

Too late - the state courts could have easily had rulings prior to the electoral college votes and they all knew it too.

What were you whining about the other day with something being unconstitutional? Because this was plainly unconstitutional for anyone capable of reading at an elementary grade level.
