If there were a surge and leftist driven revolution of a tiny population size of men believing they were in fact unicorns, and the mental acuity required to believe such a thing led our military commanders to preclude inclusion of those individuals under their command….what would you say? Is it really worth the the $millions to accommodate them and litigate?
Don;t you know that if it is possible to conjure up a hypothetical counter-example to a common sense logical conclusion that every DEM propagandist will point that out as a reason to abandon the idea.
except if the topic is one of their pets - like abortion.
No contrary result of any sort of abortion can ever be considered, except for coat hangers ---- you absolutely cannot use a coat hanger to perform an abortion (but if you do they will be sympathetic to your plight and blame it on Reagan.

He is an Aggie. They naturally have an over inflated feeling of self worth.

You're thinking of the other institution in Austin. I doubt this guy ever stepped foot on campus.

cursory examination, the merits probably favor Trump here, though it is not really a "standing" issue.
Seriously?
Probably favor trump?
Merits overwhelmingly favor trump.
There are lots of reasons to exclude people from military service. The trans issue is obvious when compared to other things that can keep people out of the military.
Now depending upon the appeals court, that will effect how it is ruled on because they're are a great many activist judges willing to ignore precedent for what they believe.
That being said how do you think the Supreme Court will rule on this?
There is no probably.

Judge born in Uruguayan. Call me whatever phobic but I disagree with people being born in foreign countries trying to cancel an order that our duly elected President gave.

Then WTF is wrong with you? Sully didn't answer your prayers on the LSAT?

Congratulations on your accomplishment. Pardon my skepticism that another Aggie would be such a POS and contrarian for no reason. During my time there, people like you were rare. And if you can't figure out my handle, your sense of humor must suck as bad as your takes.

Actually, from an intellectual standpoint, communication is most effective when it’s clear, concise, and accessible—not when it’s needlessly wrapped in obscure language. Using uncommon words for the sake of appearing ‘educated’ isn’t a sign of intelligence, it’s often a sign of ego.
As someone with a background in linguistics and rhetoric, I’d argue that the real skill is in conveying complex ideas in a way that your audience understands, not in trying to sound like you’re auditioning for a Victorian-era novel.
