I read somewhere that the only thing that they can find that he actually did sign from the last several months was the letter announcing that he was dropping out of the presidential race.

Something might actually come of this.

Why has no one questioned Speaker Johnson not speaking up in public when this happened?
I questioned it when I didn't vote for his cowardly arse.

How freaking delicious would this be if they were all ruled void and the pardons don’t stand. Might be the biggest win of all this year.

How can one be pardoned when they haven’t been charged with a crime?
Nixon is the precedent but Nixon was also president, only one man, and had a leg to stand on legally if they pursued anything.
Blanket pardons going back years signed by a likely incompetent sure offer a fresh challenge in the courts.

Maybe start 12th thread about it.

Just have Biden come back and detail his reasoning for each pardon, there, done.
should be a piece of cake

Unfortuneatly, I'm almost as certain the GOP will have no appetiete for pursuing this.
Exactly this. Even IF any or all of the pardons were to be overturned somehow, no one would be prosecuted for anything. As it stands now, all of these folks will forever have the taint of being guilty just because they received and accepted a pre-emptive pardon. That is better than never being prosecuted.

The only case to be made will be the ones that happened while Joetato was on vacation, out of the country, etc. At that point there has to be some authorization, paper trail, or communication between the president and whomever fired up the auto-pen, I would think.

I don't see the 'auto pen' as an issue on its own, but if Biden wasn't present for the signing, that seems like a problem.
Those pardons were 12/30/2022, and wiki says he was in the Virgin Islands, 12/27/ to 12/31/2022:

I'm petty in wishing it, but I want Milley first.
I want to see him on trial, stripped of his credentials, and escorted out of court by MP's on his was to Leavenworth Kansas.

Didn’t they say the only document actually signed by Biden was the one when he decided to drop from the presidential race?

For all the Muh 25th Amendment people, how does that address fraudulent acts of individuals within the administration? Isn't that what this would be, versus an actual act of the President.
Ultimately, I think political repercussions are the only recourse here, but that means shine a light on all this shite and shout it from the mountain tops early and often through 2026 and 2028.
