Wow...the Brig. Gen. - when asked "why not" about a military response from available assets and no response - just dropped it in the lap of the STATE DEPARTMENT. I.e., Hillary. The Military Command "deferred" to the State Dept.
And we all know where Hillary got her 'stand down' order from.

Dang that was emotional. You can tell he wanted to give a name on the stand down, and it sounded like it was the State Dept, but he was doing everything to keep from breaking down....

If GWB was president when this happened you'd have CNN running 24/7 coverge, MSNBC calling for GWB to be flogged and hanged, NBC,CBS,ABC,and PBS all coming to you live with with breaking news of the Benghazi cover up that left 4 Americans dead.The Washington Post with front page headlines proclaiming : Bush lied Americans died.

It looks to be that it was a failure of the State Dept to act. They were the leaders here. The General hands were tied. Dude has almost been in tears twice...Pretty intriguing..

Just asking... I think Benghazi hearings were botched at bad as the IRS. They rushed to get these people up there to testify instead of taking their time, compiling everything, and then having the explosive stuff come out all at once.
