Didn't Obama throw out a bunch of Russians and close a few embassies?
Maybe he would sound less hypocritical if he were actually doing anything to punish Russia for what they did. Him completely ignoring sanctions that were passed almost unanimously in congress tells you all you need to know about how seriously he's taking this.

He did. He also went to McConnell and Ryan to try and get a bipartisan condemnation of Russian activity, but they refused.
It's fair to say he should have done more. It's inaccurate to say he didn't do anything.

Actually, it was just Mitch McConnell who said "no". Which, given the things we've learned since (such as the Dutch having eyes and ears on the fricking hackers in real-time), why the Angry Turtle didn't feel the public should be made aware of what was happening.
Intelligence Agencies: "Senator, we're under foreign attack!"
McConnell: "Don't tell anyone, my guy is benefiting."
Of course, this is the same guy who planned to stop any and all legislation during 8 years of Obama and literally stole a SCOTUS seat...not sure why we'd expect him to suddenly become a patriot and defender of the constitution.

Something about Obama related to the Russians must be about to get released. Trump never tweets anything that's not true. No matter how outrageous it seems at the time, everything he tweets always turns out to be true. I can't wait to see the media blast him for calling out Obama, then months later they'll be forced to report that Obama was involved.
