I just think doctors are by nature very protective of their training and expertise and those letters behind their name, and probably don't take well to someone like the non-doctor Donald Trump being the ringleader of this and other medical endeavors of critical moment.

This is the bottom line. Not sure how many “scared” doctors there are but I know a few that have been using the plasma treatment with success.
People just need to understand that they didn’t just come up with some new treatment. They are just opening the gates for a treatment to be more widely used but not sure how wide that gate is because I thought a lot of doctors have been using it

I just know about this treatment and to hear trump try to act like It’s some sort of “new” treatment is bizarre.
I’m not a partisan hack though. I call a spade a spade and what trump did today is a political stunt more than anything else.

I mean, did he specifically deem it as such, as new? I've had the tuner dialed into CNN for a while, during and after the press conference, and if it's as you describe I find it hard to believe that CNN wouldn't be running with that narrative. Not a mention of any such notable discrepancy.

I’ve been worked up. I admit. Living on the water and 2 storms has me a bit wired.
Sorry about the rant. Trump is just trying to create some buzz. I guess he has to do that. I don’t mean to dump on Trump because I think he’s actually been dealt a really bad hand here. He deserves some latitude.
I still think the plasma stuff is a non issue but I can see what they were trying to get at.
I just need to step back a bit
