Juries in urban left-wing jurisdictions are no different than what you'd have seen in 1950's Mississippi. Certain groups can never be liable or criminally responsible, while others will always be found liable or criminally responsible, regardless of the facts.

Can happen with white women, too. Colorado thought it would be cool publicity to put a female soccer player on the varsity football team as a kicker. She sucked and so they cut her. She sued for sexual discrimination and they had to settle with a big check to her.

Article says they presented keycard scans showing other employees were late more often than her and received no punishment. I’m sure Equinox lowballed her prior to trial and got walloped by a jury. frick around and find out.

It's not too surprising the US legal system is lying in a heap of putrid shite.
Think about it, over the past 50-60 years every judge, lawyer, paralegal, etc. has been through at least four years of cultural Marxist indoctrination via progressive universities.....and the influence of that progressive/Marxist university group think has nearly destroyed a very important US institution.
