Resident Poopie pants doesn't know what day of the week it is, much less anything in this ruling or the one he supposedly issued.

Yea I’ve been a part of one of these calls and it’s amazing how it’s always this liberal law firm conducting the call to begin with. I’m gonna wait for the constitutionalist viewpoint.

None of this will ever work if enough people don’t comply.

Let’s just see how many weak people we have in this country.

Have you read the arguments that swayed the 5th circuit? There is no way that OSHA has medical jurisdiction. This is outside of workplace safety, clearly. This isn't workplace health in areas like immunizations. Occupational health in OSHAs wheelhouse would be like physical, mental and social wellbeing correct? The broad range of THAT health would be having to have break rooms away from the workplace, periodic breaks, heat stroke awareness, physical therapy, the availability of counseling after traumatic event. That sort of health.

Were you in this one? And yes, I agree that seems to be the majority. But there were a few people that were in opposition to the others views.

The gist of it is that OSHA requires that companies provide a safe working environment for their employees. Unvaccinated employees create a dangerous work environment. This is what they're banking on.

I kind of agree after reading what the heck General Duty Clause is.

If applied to Covid, it is way to broad. They would have standing to attack anything else they wanted essentially. Drinking, smoking, unhealthy foods, etc.

There would need to be proof of this though correct?

More than just feelings??

If this comes down to the General Doody Cause, I’m afraid Biden may have the upper hand.

Not that dangerous if it took them 2 years. 6 months after FDA approval. 2 months after booster approval. And then delay implementation until after the holidays.

What about the ever increasing amount of vaccinated people with breakthrough cases of Covid19….these vaccinated people with Covid19 are believed to be more of a source of Covid19 spread than the unvaccinated. Did anyone ask the OSHA Feds that question?

Exactly. Every year there's a new study on whether coffee is healthy or not. So just ban coffee and energy drinks at work because studies.

So they actually mentioned this too. It basically said that the 5th circuit stay was limited to that geographical region covered by the 5th circuit. Isn't it amazing how that works now?

No nationwide stays anymore

They sure didn't make that argument from Jan. 2017 to Jan. 2021.
