The fact of the matter is, Reagan had two terms and his VP got elected Potus. 16 years of Republicans occupying the Oval Office. They learned a big arse lesson, and was not about to let that occur again.
Donald Trump was a MASSIVE threat to the establishment and Swamp. Hence the two Banana Republic impeachment trials, the raid on his home for classified docs, and the recent NY grand jury. Every one of those things blew up in the Dems faces.

I also stated on PAGE 1 WHERE I (not you) linked the video for people to watch that Miller pointed out that Trump does talk policy and 3/4ths of his CPAC and WACO speeches were.
NOWHERE does Ingraham state she's "turned" on Trump. (more so, I don;t give a FRICK what a talking head at FOX thinks).
Like I said... She stated clearly he has the answers and will get the job done.
