Curious though. Where does the money go, when it gets denied to these locked accounts?
Do they go back to sender?
Is it tracked?
Or do the people giving them money just get off scott free?

If anyone on this board traveled to Mexico and started working a job without proper visas and permission, we would be arrested and jailed. That goes for every country on earth except the USA.
