Flashback to 1997 when then-Senator Joe Biden bragged to the Atlantic Council that NATO expansion has nothing to do with European security, and everything to do with antagonizing Russia. Biden openly states that adding new NATO allies on or near Russia's borders is about making Russia angry and forcing a confrontation.

He was never all that bright form the start. Spoke quicker and clearer, and with much more swagger, but it's clear he's not the same person.
Trump, on the other hand, sounds very similar to what he sounded like in the late 80's, early 90's.

It's amazing to see that Biden is everything the left wanted Trump to be. Calling women liars, in bed with other countries, saying the N-word, his son being mind blowingly fricked up, crooked, racist, etc. I mean any 1 of 100 things Biden has done and said would have gotten Trump removed
