You wanna. Tell me where he's not upholding up the constitution? Didn't think so.

It wouldn’t do you any good for Sammy to explain it to you.

Conservatives judge shop too. There are a few district courts the GOP loves to use as the venue when they've got something they want to block from a Dem administration.
This is how the game is played, folks.

Dems only care when it’s liberal judges making rulings.
They are willing to kill conservative judges over a ruling they don’t like.

bullshite
ALWAYS bullshite
They don't reveal the methodology of their "polls".
They don't reveal the leading questions that condition the respondents.
If y'all still fall for their shite?
You are dumber than the ones who have, long ago, surrendered their rationality to TDS.
This is a WINNING issue.

have y’all ever considered he’s just doing his job and he actually has to try and rule on the law?
You mean the law that SCOTUS has already reviewed it in 1948 and ruled it not subject to judicial review? Yeah that law right?

The SCOTUS in Ludecke says that interpretation of the statute is up for judicial review
What isn’t up for judicial reviews is actions the president makes if the statue does apply.
The SCOTUS literally makes a judicial ruling on whether the application applied in that opinion. (They ruled that the act applied because the US was still in a declared war)
Why even bother posting that shite if you didn’t read it?

Pretty dangerous rhetoric from the WH honestly.
Is it as dangerous as a federal judge attempting to prevent the deportation of gangsters that were in the US illegally? They were literally out of the country when he tried to get them back. The judge's daughter's business is to provide support and legal representation to illegal aliens. Conflict of interest?
These dudes were not here picking strawberries on expired visas and got picked up, they are cartel muscle many of them are assassins.
What kind of human being could stump for these animals?

I want Trump to tell these judges to stick it up their lubed up asses and GFY’s.
Have not read through thread, and this has probably been stated: they would use it to impeach and convict Trump. Could they get the votes? Maybe/probably not, BUT keep in mind Trump is cramping the Republican’s style as well.

Reading must be really hard for you:
quote:
In the landmark 1948 Supreme Court case, Ludecke v. Watkins, the court established critical precedents regarding the Alien Enemy Act and the scope of presidential power in matters of national security. This ruling underscored the non-justiciable nature of removals enacted by the president under the Alien Enemy Act, meaning these actions cannot be challenged or reviewed by the judiciary.

Just say you didn’t read the decision.
Because the Court takes up a challenge to the applicability of the statues in the same case.
The validity and construction of the Act can be challenged in court.

The Alien Enemy Act, construed as permitting resort to the courts only to challenge its validity and construction, and to raise questions of the existence of a "declared war" and of alien enemy status, does not violate the Bill of lights of the Federal Constitution.

And that the left is judge shopping. We’ve seen it since the 1st EO. I’m tired of watching it and seeing the White House continue to comply and fight in the (crooked) court. I want Trump to tell these judges to stick it up their lubed up asses and GFY’s.
I have no problem with that and it needs to be said every day.

You also don’t get to pick your judge when to file in a jurisdiction.
Iirc Boasberg is the chief judge, so assigned it to himself. So if coordinated, not a good look.
