OIG reporting that the Mueller team destroyed evidence.

Edit to ad that the OIG said these 2 phones just so happened to be part of the 10% of the issues FBI phones that dont work with the software that captures data from FBI issued phones.

To me, it's irrelevant what the messages show at this point.
Mueller and his team obviously tried to conceal something. And despite what the former FBI Director said, when you delete something or take steps to conceal it -- that is intent.
