Women, and children without parental notification, will have unfettered access to abortion by state constitution when YES wins in Ohio in a couple of weeks. No restrictions. Partial birth abortions. Comfort care for babies who survive a failed abortion.

Played golf with 12 “country club republicans “ today. One of the guys over a beer asked the group about it because he couldn’t find the exact language on the internet. I know. So I told them what it means.

Wow. All of them, 11 boomers, said it should not have been on the ballot because it’s a woman’s choice and body. Men shouldn’t even have a vote on it. I was shocked by the reaction. All negative. All accomplished men, from a career and financial standpoint.

We will be a country of abortion on demand.

This is disgusting. This is infanticide.

Sounds like they need Christ.

I thought we wanted it to be decided at the State level.

Thread summary: abortion is a losing issue in purple areas, even with Republicans.

That’s correct, it should be a state issue; it still doesn’t mean I can’t be sickened by it, ESPECIALLY the part about kids having abortions without patent notification.

I'll be voting Yes on Issue 1, because a woman's body is her own God damn business. Just like a man's. Government should not be involved in dictating what it's citizens do or do not do with their own body, right?

Like the vaccine? Like alcohol? Tobacco?

People make their decisions and whatever Creator there is will deal with them.

Why does it bother you SO much?

Those actually apply to a person's body, not another person's body growing within them (don't believe me? Check the genes of the "woman's body" and compare to the woman)

It looks that way. For some reason, pro-abortionists have a long history of winning the communication battle in this fight. I suppose it would help if the victims of abortion could speak up and defend themselves. They, of course, are killed before that is possible.

Since when has a woman's body been the topic of a dividing discussion?

You know that women have been having abortions since your God created this Earth, right? It only became an "issue" recently, considering how long humans have occupied this planet.

Is it just the method you have an issue with?

You're using a intellectually deficient talking point to create a dishonest argument.

I'm calling you out on this.

You're as bad as Patriots at this.

So was slavery. I guess we're evolving.

Look, I truly understand and sympathize.

Work hard to change minds / persuade votes to your view

Or

Accept the fact that the majority think differently

Or

Vote with your feet and move to a more conservative area

I am not being flippant and I know that 2 of the 3 outcomes suck. But, here we are.

The problem with this is that " body" inside that woman is not her body but the babies body/DNA. Why is killing unborn children so easy for some of y'all?

Someone has to speak up and defend the unborn children no matter what stage of development the CHILD is in

A dishonest argument? It's the exact opposite.

It's none of my damn business and it shouldn't be our governments', either.

All of it. But, he talked about the woman's body, but not the body that is killed.

At least this decision has been returned to the states. If you donot want it in your state, vote against it.

You claiming that another person is the same body as a woman is a dishonest argument.
