Pakistan is only involved because they don't want to lose that sweet money and military equipment they get from us and they want to preserve their black market ties to Iran where they get lots of oil for a heavily discounted price. They also help train IRGC personnel behind closed doors and they don't want that exposed for the world to see in the light of day.

Their reasons for involvement are known and why I say again, Frick Pakistan

JUST IN: The Israel Defense Forces say they have taken out a Hamas commander who participated in the Oct. 7 attacks.
The IDF announced that Hamas commander Anas Muhammad Ibrahim Hamed was killed in a targeted strike in Gaza. According to the IDF, Hamed infiltrated Israel and participated in the Oct. 7 Nova Music Festival massacre.
The IDF called Hamed an "immediate threat to IDF forces operating in the Gaza Strip."

I do wonder why they always seem to strike kind of low-profile targets when Iran is hitting the crown jewels of their oil industry,
And I wonder why people here think that the USA wants to destroy Iran's oil production capabilities when common sense and their actions do not indicate we want it destroyed.
Why has Trump not destroyed their oil production capabilities when that would be super easy to do? Because Trump wants low oil prices, for economic and election purposes.
The UAE is not going to strike targets that we don't approve. They are striking targets that threaten their oil production capabilities.

Iran won't like this humiliation. If they are unable to do anything about it then it will be a telling sign of weakness.

Well, Iran has not launched any more missiles at the UAE, since the UAE struck back at Qeshm island and targets off the southwest coast of Iran this morning.
Also the two destroyers deployed off the coast of the UAE now are acting as a deterrent and I'm not sure the IRGC wants to light that wick yet.

I would add, allowing those to stay also will help the country rebuild with those funds and less of ours.
I like to think that specific targets ie oil production, electrical, water etc are off limits as much as possible to help citizens now and in the near future.

And the UAE promptly responded back with new strikes on Qeshm and the southwest coast (Konarak) of Iran. Since then, things have been quiet.

Iran, this is not that hard. Disavow you nuclear ambition and give up the dust. Bottom line is they want the war. It fulfills their delusional destiny. Frick Pakistan thinking talks will solve this insanity.
I dont think its just that.... the IRGC and mullahs know if they fall out of power and dont flee Iran they will die at the hands of the citizens.
They are staying in power to keep from being killed by their own citizens.
