There has not been any reports of mines being laid or of ships hitting mines. I realize why there is concern but I don’t know that any mines have been laid.

On a serious note, it is probably about the alliance about to be formed with the Arab states due to Iran's provocations. They are already talks of Israel selling arms to the some of their Arab neighbors, which was not on my 2026 Bingo card.
