To keep refineries open we import about 5 million barrels per day. That is not quite 1/3 of what is refined. The US has not been crude oil independent since 1943

I feel like if we knew they were "designing, developing, and producing" nuclear warheads that would've been the first thing out of Trump and Bibi's mouths/Twitters when this began.
Are they or are they not nuclear capable?
