Europe exports nothing but luxury goods and financial services. They cut those off we cut off all of their oil and LNG.

What this tells me along with our dataset from work is that if this can be wrapped up in the next 3-4 weeks we will have a good chance at midterms.
If he gets an exceptional victory it will boost us a ton

I couldn't disagree with this sentiment any more than I do.
When international politics is as feckless and useless as it is right now, strength and bullying is needed. Strength and bullying is rewarded (see Russia and China).
"International law" has failed.
Self interests by default are the victors.
And the only way to get Europe to look after their own self interest is by flexing our own example.
Every country should be for their own self interest. But if they don't have the means or fortitude to act in their own self interest, expect the strong to bully demands.

Possibly true but I feel Trump is really trying to find out through commitment who our allies truly are. Already knows but showing the world on a global stage. Those who hold out will pay a price.

We don't need to push countries into the arms of China or Russia.
But i wouldn't mind more tariffs on countries not hitting their GDP defense targets. I wouldn't mind withholding funds to NATO/UN/US AID. Make them earn it.

The country hates the democrats way more than the republicans this is undeniable. Doing that would likely make them dislike us more at least some

I have recently retired and based that on funds invested. Even as I see a drop I am still certain that Trump is the right man in the right time.
The corrections he is trying to make are exactly what we need. Always a cost but I am hopeful my children will be better off because.
