Like what?? Chuckie and the rest of his ilk wouldn't bend and died on the DACA vine. Funding CHIP was the olive branch and he turned it down. GOP should not have to bend to the Dims on a issue they know their constituents are against. Take the olive branch and fight that battle another day or shut down the government over non-citizens. Chuckie chose poorly. Elections have consequences.

Then you need to retake Civics 101. When you have 60 votes, you don't have to compromise. When you only have 51, you have to reach across the aisle to get things done, or risk the consequences of failure. A good budget proposal was passed the house. Good for both sides. It's what they call a compromise in politics.
Even then dems fricked it up. Why should republicans bring anything else to the table when your side will just continue to grandstand?
