Bro --- getting paid $100K a video is not normal or standard without any KPIs, metrics, or selling any products and should immediately raise red flags on the source of this kind of deal.
The Tenet Media channel got no views and it made zero sense that a normal, above board backer was funding this "American Employer".
Lauren Chen and her husband started Tenet Media and are not wealthy enough and had to have backers funding the operation.

I know. Is Pool really that influential? This case is stupid, but it does feel like FBI/DOJ is starting to cross some lines to criminalize dissent or at least dirty up political opposition.

This story illustrates that Tim and Dave were too lazy to do the most basic level of research to vet the back of this deal they were signing.
