Wait, so dude was charging at police with a knife drawn. Police retreated and told him several times to put the knife down. He didn’t so they shot him. And people are rioting over that?

Not to minimize your work here Chrome (you're the link and info-aggregating MASTER here and make me proud you're a Hog fan), but the lack of responses and reactions in this thread only proves how tired Americans are of this shite.
Same story, different day.
A man was rightfully shot after attempting to attack the police with a knife, and skyscreamers think it was some great injustice that occurred. Like he should've been ALLOWED to come at the cops with a deadly weapon.
He deserved to be shot. I don't care about the color of his skin; I'd think a white, Asian, Mexican, or fcking Eskimo should've been shot for threatening police with a deadly weapon.
People are numb to it, numb to the idolizing and sympathizing with criminals that resist arrest and threaten police; numb to those that riot over their fake outrage. It doesn't move the needle in their direction anymore, it actually serves the opposite - people are waking up and siding with law and order.
Once again, nothing negative about you chromedome - you're the best poster on this board without weighing in on any one "side" to appear biased in any way. You just bring the links and facts, and do a damn fine job.

What is going on in Philly tonight is very different than the organized protests we see nightly in Seattle and Portland. Tonight Philly is mostly organic. Tonight there don't appear to be many external agitators in the crowd...this is more about an opportunity of the moment than organized anarchy.
Edit: As of around 12:45 videos are out that clearly show incidents involving Antifa.

I'm just saying in the video footage I've seen, it seems to be coming from locals moreso than from Antifa types. Most of the people I've seen on video doing the looting aren't wearing black bloc.

I miss the days when everyone wasn’t carrying a video camera. We would hear that cops shot a guy while he chased them with a knife. The number of shots fired would not even enter into the discussion.
