I feel like it's way more wide spread in Cali. In illinois Chicago runs the entire state. Outside Chicago it's mostly a bunch of good ol baws that hate Chicago

They use EBT to pay for ingredients. They don’t pay taxes, licenses, and overhead. They take business away from middle class brick and mortars doing things the right way. (The legal way)
