Let's not go down that road.

The difference is, at best, marginal.

Did he transport weapons across state lines for the purpose of committing the crimes? Is that a crime? And then could he be tried in any district he passed through?
Btw...one of the things about his manifesto...he confessed to attempted murder not just of Trump, but every administration official in the room, except Patel. That could be a lot of individual charges.

You think if someone that could not speak English was on a jury panel they wouldn’t be dismissed for cause? You’re a complete moron, if so.

you're an attorney, these people that are discussing this are not, they were treating it like a DC jury poll would be made up of typical DC residents .
Do you disagree that the Judicial authority in a Federal court differs from that of your average District court?
And since you're an attorney, how many federal cases have been overturned because of a tainted jury
Were you involved in Ramos v LA?

it was an attempt on the life of the President
Do you think that would be prosecuted on the local level?
Where exactly do you think they find the jury pool for federal court in DC?

If they're stupid enough to do that then IMO they'd be putting the final nail in the coffin of this Republic.
Why do I say that? Because a country without a functioning Judicial System unwilling or unable to render a just verdict or unwilling to secure our borders is NOT a country. This country would turn into a Hunting Safari and we whites would be the game. On second thought - I think we've already reached that point.
At that point I would be fully in support of a TEXIT.
Her name was Lauren Bullis
Trump 2026 - he survived three assassination attempts - all while some democrats practice seditious conspiracy.

Additionally, all the discussion has been around the court and the judge and the jury seating
Don't you think that the prosecutor affects the potential results of the trial ?
BBonds
Would you argue that the chances of a conviction are somehow lower because the jury is being pulled from DC ?

in DC, that makes a significant difference
and despite BBONDS, whom i do respect his perspective as a practicing attorney, because I do believe that having actual professional experience in the subject matter that is being discussed..4 decades in Govt/elections matters
I still assert the discretion that a federal judge has in impounding the jury, especially in DC, because the difference between who could be on the jury and who will be on the jury makes a difference

Like I said, the random assignment of Trial Judge will be interesting.

because if y'all are suspecting it of becoming political, go ahead and extend how political it could be

Acting like everyone else is nothing but a caricature, sort of makes you one.

The DC federal court draws from the same pool of voters though. Many potential jurors likely think political violence against Republicans can be necessary.

And quite frankly, if all of you want to judge lol that I'm in the wrong because an attorney has said so
Then every time we have a discussion on elections, Y'all will have to defer to my expertise
