1. What is being reviewed by SCOTUS on Nov 10th? I am asking I do not know...

2. Why are democrats worried a new justice would be the end of Obamacare? This doesn't make any sense if the court is being used right when Obamacare was passed. Either the program is lawful and constitutional or it isn't...

3. Why did Obamacare have to go to the SCOTUS for final approval? Was it because Congress couldn't complete it's job? I believe it was the reason it was essentially deemed a TAX to pass the constitutional sniff test! Am I wrong?

4. I do believe the GOP has failed to assure the American people it has a plan to replace Obamacare, with something to improve the costs and services of HC which are not very good. What is the GOP plan if they successfully end Obamacare?

5.I give credit to Democrats for pushing these issues, (Pre-existing conditions, and change in HC) where they fail us is their ideas and policies rely on Government

Roberts retarded defense of it was the penalty being a tax.

They removed the penalty, so the court will come up with a new retarded defense of it as to not seem “political”

It is a stealth tax that puts the burden of caring for the unhealthy on other citizens. It is illegal and unconstitutional on multiple levels including the *requirement* that people have health insurance, the requirement that insurance companies insure people that will result in losses (pre-existing conditions), and the fact that it is a stealth tax that transfers responsibility for health care of the poor and infirm onto other citizens.

I hope the supreme court kills it. There are other ways it could be done.

#3 is the biggest issue. The Republican's don't have a healthcare plan. They spent the last 10yrs telling everyone has bad it is and didnt come up with a plan.

#2 the Dems shouldn't be worried about Obamacare being struck down, if it is then that would force the GOP and the Dems to come up with a better solution.

Also how long will the reply " you can keep your Dr" be what people say in protest about Obamacare. The price for some is the biggest issue. I am lucky to have great insurance provided at a low cost by my employer, alot of people are not that lucky.

The ACA limited choice in order to provide canned plans. No more catastrophic only plans b/c the government knows better than i do what is adequate.

The good - it tied up a dem house & senate for almost two years, expended all of their political capital, resulted in a water downed version of what the wanted....and gave us republican majorities in the house and senate.

It was written by the health insurance companies. This allowed them to raise deductibles and premiums on everyone.

If I am not mistaken the hubbub now is about if the mandate is gone is the entire law shot and now needs killed/replaced.

Not much good about it if you oppose growing fed gov and increasing handouts.

This ^^^^ a hundred times. The republicans have never had a plan. They never will have a plan. All that they can do is allow insurance companies to reduce coverage and raise the price. That's all their "plan" has ever involved.

Why do we need a plan? For the most part....health insurance is regulated at the state level...at least prior to the ACA.

There’s only 8.3 million people on OBOZOcare and insurance companies were forced to raise their rates to pay for it. My own employer provided health insurance went up $3,000 annually to pay my fair share.

None of this had to do with health care or health care costs.... its about insurance and who gets the bills.

Unless you identify the issue(s) you have very little chance of solving them. The medical industry still has you fooled by blaming insurance.
