The ruling amounted to an extraordinary rebuke of a Justice Department that under Trump has repeatedly been accused of targeting defendants for political purposes.

I predicted this would be the result.

The judiciary would keep him here by any means necessary as a show of defiance.

The money wasted on this piece of trash is unbelievable, all just to stick it to Trump.

Oh the worthless sack o’ shite has become a “thing” only because he represents the larger political football being moved back and forth across the field until one side wins the game.

I doubt even the side fighting “for him” could give an honest genuine shite about him as an individual (scummy one he is).

Maxwell is in jail for trafficking kids to redacted names right now.

think about that next time you want to get upset about something.

There are no redacted names involved in her criminal prosecution.

Most people do not realize that naming an individual who will ultimately receive a trafficked person is not necessary for a successful human trafficking prosecution.

It is highly unusual to find names of individuals to whom persons are being trafficked to.

But I’m pretty sure you’re simply trying to express confidence that someone other than Epstein and Ghislaine directed and paid for the trafficking?

If you know of any victims that have come forward to claim they were trafficked by Maxwell for someone other than Epstein, do this board the courtesy of naming them.

There is no reason for them to remain silent.

CBS link: LINK

quote:

U.S. District Judge Waverly Crenshaw granted Abrego Garcia's effort to dismiss the criminal charges on the ground that the Justice Department's prosecution was vindictive. Crenshaw had already ruled that the Salvadoran man demonstrated that the prosecution may be vindictive, which left it up to the government to rebut that presumption.

quote:

In his opinion, Crenshaw said he found "insufficient evidence of actual vindictiveness," but concluded that "the Government has failed to rebut the presumption of vindictiveness."

No evidence of actual vindictiveness? None whatsoever. But throw out the charge because the judge declared the government must prove there is no vindictiveness? And that somehow there was a presumption of vindictiveness that must be overcome?

I’ve never heard of such a thing.

Any attorneys care to put that law degree to good use and explain why there was a presumption of vindictiveness that the government had to prove did not exist?

Is he still in El Savador without the ability to come back?

If so, IDGAF. They can give him a medal for all I care.

Edit: disregard. I thought they sent him away for a second time. Evidently they didn't.

Are we allowed to email these judges without being "vindictively" prosecuted? Of course there is no direct email for the judge, but his staff can be notified of your displeasure at the link below.

You know when a brainwashed leftist becomes a conservative? When their kid becomes this guy’s next victim. Maybe you should spend more time in you broke leftist cities like Detroit, New York, Chicago and Baltimore. Kids graduate high school with a 3rd grade reading level and all gubment workers are paid above the private sector who become slaves to the elite gubment trash. Even your wealthy voters have left. Socialist trash is a cancer.
