What evidence are you using to determine he prematurely suspended his other jobs? You don't know what his financial situation was at that time. Neither do I for that matter

No he hasn’t filed for chapter or bankruptcy. Now if you are confusing him with companies he has been involved with you have a better statement. That said he has been involved with 500+ companies so 1 % failure rate is pretty good for most investors

There is always more to the story in these things. Maybe the contractor underbid the job and tried to make up the difference through change orders and they were refused.
Or maybe he did extra work without written authorization that it would be approved.
And this fight is not with Obama directly it’s is with the GC, as I assume the contract between Obama and the GC stipulates that they complete the project and turn the key over free of all liens.
