Did they go beyond simple writings? This article claims that it is not clear.
Pretty obvious they considered showing up to the capitol on Jan 6th with a weapons cache nearby going beyond simple writings.
Their hope was was that Trump would invoke the Insurrection Act and they would be unleashed, according to testimony.
Much of this was covered extensively by the J6 committee that no one here likely paid attention to.

Whenever a government becomes destructive to these ends, it's the RIGHT of the people to abolish it

Should have just looted the capital. You don’t get charged or sentenced for stuff like that in America now days.

Baw thought he was on the frontline of founding a new country just to end up getting buttraped for a decade or so by a BLM cellmate.

Not that Rhodes just "considered" showing up with weapons. He apparently did.

Yeah, I guess that makes more sense in reading it now.

The judge expressed fear that what happened on Jan. 6 could be repeated, saying Americans will “now hold our collective breaths every time an election is approaching.”
I hope it’s repeated January 6, 2025 when they are certifying either Trump or Desantis. It’ll be amazing the mental gymnastics this judge would perform when the defendant is an ANTIFA thug.

They are slowly and continually relating conservatism to extremism.
Conservatism is the opposite of extremism. Its literally continuing the normal..

None of the images you showed had anything to do with interfering with the TRANSFER OF POWER. It's like words have no meaning to you people outside of what you just want them to mean.
Observe the dishonest leftist^^^ creating a criteria for sedation and insurrection that ONLY applies to his political enemies.
One does not have to engage in “interfering with the transfer of power”, whatever the hell that even means, to engage in insurrection.
Your BLM pals you fully support were engaging in insurrection but you won’t admit it because it’s (D)ifferent when your side does it.
18 U.S. Code § 2383 - Rebellion or insurrection
Whoever incites, sets on foot, assists, or engages in any rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the United States or the laws thereof, or gives aid or comfort thereto, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.

I would like to see the evidence used to convict him. My guess he was saying the same things as everyone else with a brain. But I would need to see if there was anything truly damning before concluding it was anything else but political persecution.
