Yes. Osama bin Laden in his compound on a targeted assassination mission is exactly the same thing as attacking survivors of a stricken boat in the Caribbean ferrying drugs to Trinidad or Mexico. /s
I don’t particularly care that this happened (if it happened). I oppose both the laughable utility of these strikes and I oppose any sort of action in Venezuela. But if it did happen as reported, it certainly violated the applicable rules and is behavior that has been frowned upon for centuries.
