Unlike other countries we have meddled in, this would be welcomed by the vast majority of the population of Venezuela, and I would love to have a strong and prosperous trading partner and ally down there.

I know, right? World frickin police. Who does Trump think he is intercepting those Venezuelan narco fast boats on their trans-Atlantic journey to Europe!?
And anyway, lol at him thinking blasting a few drug boats to pieces is going to make a dent!! Well, other than the obvious intent being to give upcoming and future such boat crews extreme hesitation as to whether they really want to potentially be a member of the next crew to be turned into pink clouds. Psychological warfare, if you will. But other than that glaring point that somehow had eluded so many folks, it’s super dumb, amirite!?

Don't know about that but buying anything the NYT reports, unquestioningly, is idiotic.

What’s the count up to now as to how many regime changes anti-Trumpers have confidently insisted he’s cranking up? Over/under 5…..just in this latter term.

Did I miss the part where he said the CIA was conducting regime change operations in Venezuela? I heard mention of being fed up with the obviously government-endorsed narco industry, as well as abuse of Biden’s open border policy re: ridding themselves of the country’s most irredeemable criminals, but nothing about even just promoting “regime change”. Because from what I understand, the CIA does other things in foreign countries than regime change.

Well, the CIA does do some good things — other than illegally spying on a sitting President, fabricating phony intelligence reports against a sitting President and very likely helping to orchestrate color revolutions against the American people vis-à-vis antiFa, BLM and other street agitators.
