Sure, and he has reasonable deniability - in a court. But in the court of public opinion, and in the court that is the United States Senate, this is damning five times over.

While I find the entire Biden family and their dealings repulsive. If you take a look at what Neil Bush was doing when his father and brother were president it makes the Biden’s look like amateur small time grifters.
