He's not wiggling out of this one. Wouldn't surprise me if the NY AG made a deal with governor dipshite not to go after him on the nursing home stuff if he resigns soon. AG mentioned she won't pursue criminal charges but that has to mean this POS will voluntarily resign, quid pro quo.

Maybe I spoke too soon? Isn’t this the same attorney general who said there needed to be at least three women before she would do anything, and eventually nine came out and said that he harassed them in some manner?
I just heard some audio clips on the news about this and it doesn’t sound very good for him.

He will have to resign. This is not Al Franken pretending to grab some boobs as a joke. He has a history for years of literally grabbing tits and asses in the office on the clock, unwanted kissing, comments about bodily features, just gross stuff. Basically he is the caricature of a sexual harassing scumbag that we always see in the training videos. He did this for YEARS and even after it came out kept doing it because his daddy was governor and he thought he was untouchable. The Democrats are throwing him overboard because they can't hide it anymore and he will sink them (not because they give a shite about his victims)

Cuomo was reportedly interviewed for 11 hours by investigators with the attorney general’s office in July, and investigators have spoken with at least some of the women who accused him of sexual harassment.
After he spoke with investigators, Cuomo raised questions at a press conference about whether they may be biased against him. “I have concerns as to the independence of the reviewers,” he told reporters in late July. “Is this all happening in a political system? Yes, that is undeniable.”

Yep, and in that report not only do you have 11 women that were all consistent, but there are NY state troopers corroborating the evidence against Andy. He can't go against his own LE, no plausible deniability there and it's practically airtight.
He's toast, plus the AG has leverage with the nursing homes and book deal in 2 separate cases.
