It’s a basic human right.
As is food, healthcare, daycare, education, college tuition, obamaphones, and an end to the global warming crisis.

I think I may like that idea , kind of but with a slight tweak . Move all those mommy boys out but make them fend for themselves . Solves this generation living with the parents forever and makes them a least look like they will get a job and be productive to society

Seriously.... If Louisiana did that for every flood prone residence deathtrap we would all have to leave the State.
