While I won't take a suicide mission, I'ld rather die than quit.

Can she do a home visit? I may have a little fever....

My wife is a nurse, while she isn't jumping at the idea of working with Covid patients, she takes a lot of pride in being an essential part of healthcare, so I don't think she would balk if asked to do something that was needed.

I would tell her to quit, but that aint my call.

Have there been any direct infections from a COVID patient and nursing/doctor staff?

She worked ICU and ER for years. Thanks for the encouragement!

Being a nurse, she signed up for this.

Kinda.
It’s natural to be worried and want to preserve the self.
Medicine gets icky fast.

I wish her luck and wisdom.

Not as of now. But there are a few “pending” test results for patients currently intubated in the ICU.

The latest news from my wife's hospital is that all vacation days are on hold till this is over. Might be good news for the travel industry. When this is over a bunch of people in critical jobs will have saved up a lot of vacation days.

My wife is a surgical nurse at the local hospital. Just got asked to move to ICU since elective surgeries are no longer being done. We don’t need the money. Not sure how I feel about this?
Feel very proud. That is what healthcare is all about.

Does it really matter? Your points are useless. Like our media, you are focused on the wrong thing and can’t stand to be corrected on your moronic comments.

My SO is an ICU nurse working with a team on China virus patients. They’re under so much control she’s actually safer there than she is at home.

Yes, because if I knew she had previous ICU experience than it shouldn't matter. If your story is anywhere true, you would know the huge difference in job requirements between ICU nursing and an OR float nurse. Any moron would know that... Well except maybe you...
