I'm going to take a guess that now that Nunez told the FBI to pound sand, that a few key Dems, like Adam Schiff, will go view the memo and transmit the details or the memo itself to the FBI.
I hope Nunez is keep tabs on who goes to view the memo and when.

Yeah I suspect that, but I am just curious if there is a link to Wray saying he'd quit if McCabe is fired. I am not doubting it, just want to read more about it.

That would be a mistake. The ACLU is pretty much on the way out. People are seeing them for what they are: an adjunct of the DNC.

They can't. The memo is locked in a vault in the SCIF and you cannot carry recording devices into a SCIF. Secret documents back in the day used to be marked "EYES ONLY" for precisely this reason (I don't think they do that anymore, but it's implied).
The only way the house floor thing would work is if someone memorized it or if they just gave highlights from memory.
