Trump said "my phones," but what he meant was any possible communication caught from anyone of the hundreds, if not thousands, of people working on his campaign, his transition, or in his administration.
Nunes said "I don't know" which confirms Trump, but it's irrelevant we expanding Trump's singular possessive to a slew of other people.
But if someone in that huge group is ever caught doing anything illegal, that now doesn't apply to Trump. It only applies when it benefits him.

But I was told that I shouldn't expect specificity like you're arguing for in a tweet. Of course, that absolves him from using a method of communication that doesn't allow him to be specific when making serious accusations.
