Even the left-wing Guardian is sympathetic to Trump's position and explains that Trump is far from the only world leader asking questions. Good read.

Yes, but The Republican Party is more than happy to increase the funding for public radio and public television.
Logic would dictate that if the GOP's opinion of the NPR message is low, the GOP might voice discontent before voting to increase their funding.
However, the GOP actually always votes to increase NPR funding and never complains about its Leftist message.
Have you ever considered the possibility that the reason is because the GOP secretly is just FINE with NPR's Leftist bias? I have.

I like plenty of NPR programs, but their political coverage starts with "What unspeakable evil has Trump done today?" and works backward towards sanity, depending on the guest. I've never heard any right wing/GOP analyst interviewed that wasn't a NeverTrumper.

Germany gets 60-70% of energy from Russia. And it's ridiculous for people to freak out over asking them to pay what they agreed to.
