His conflicts of interest are very real and we deserve to know how deep they run.
This may prove to be tricky for trump and his refusal to produce tax returns. On the surface they are definitely discoverable. We will see why legal argument his attorneys come up with.

How so? The issue is whether he violated the emoluments clause AS SITTING PRESIDENT...not as Joe Citizen. What his tax returns show prior to taking oath has no relevance to the issue before the court.
