I am waiting for the breaking news story to pop up of something made up of ACB and a letter is sent by some fake paid witness to come testify.
They are waiting to see if the 80 Notre Dame progs letter telling ACB to pull out of the nomination for the sake of the country gets any press. So far C Span said it was brushed off as progressives.

While such rights are not absolute, you have to have a damned good reason to restrict it, and the restriction should be narrowly tailored (strict scrutiny). If you don't have this, even though the Legislature does it, IT IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL.
I agree. I was just pointing out that it was a decent point and probably the only decent one raised by Democrats this entire hearing. However, Blumenthal then veered into conspiracy theory territory.
