My polling place in 2016 had a wait of about 1-1/2 hours. Get fricked Booker.

He is apparently talking about the primary in Wisconsin in April in a democrat run city with a democrat governor. Apparently the Governor had the national guard ready to help Milwaukee out with being able to man polling centers but never told the city.
