ACB, like most judicial nominees, will make these committee members look like fools when they actually start with direct questions. Most were never the sharpest knives in the drawer to begin with and many have obvious cognitive decline on top of that because they are old as dirt.

Yeah, I tuned in late, am catching up - I had to skip Senator Whitehouse, predictable and irrelevant.
So far, looking like the Dems finally realize that attacks didn't help them in the polls. So it's just "illegitimate process. OMB, and everyone will die if she is appointed".
