I think men and women both are impressed with ACB. She’s legit a credit to herself, her family, her gender and her profession.
ETA: most women in her age range that I know - of all races whether in the workforce or not would go to lunch with ACB, and take advice of all kinds from her. She’s the real deal and a class act. No way she’s not impressive

And don't ask questions that may require some actual discussion and background information. The entire point of this hearing should be to get a response to the question you ask. Don't cut off the person answering, especially when she's not filibustering.

You dumbass, that is NOT the job of the SCOTUS. They should not care about what Americans or politicians WANT, but whether a law is constitutional and properly lettered. And even further, race and sex have NOTHING to do with decisions that should be made outside that where discrimination is the sole purpose of the legal matter

Is it racial bias or a class bias? White people, by and large, have a much higher median income. They can afford better lawyers and because of that will end up getting lesser sentences. That's not racial.
