Neither side is perfect. The Republicans talk a big game but in practice the only thing they do is slightly decelerate our plunge off the cliff, but the modern Left is actively working to speed up our descent.

Isn't this my point? Without saying it overtly, a woman will be compensated as wells as a man if her performance justifies it. And if a woman performs at the highest level, a man has do as well or better to be paid as much/better.
The moral of the story is to get a great education and get to work.
